I 100% concur with you on this movie, what a pleasant surprise! I honestly expected to only make it though 10-20 mins of it. I expected it to be full of all the woke agenda cliches, and devoid of any story telling. The irony being, in my opinion, the lead character defines a strong female role model without having to resort to the usual themes most films rely on to not so subtly beat us over the heads with. It is just a good story, and wholesome to boot without being sappy and unrealistic. My hat is off to the filmaker, with a heartfelt thank you.
